気仙沼の湾に臨む海沿いに、街に灯りをポッと点（とも）すような、笑い声の響く明るいカフェがある。

“Oh Lucy!” Japanese director Atsuko Hirayanagi directs again the film from her own script.Josh Hartnett plays as her English instructor John.
“Kabukicho Love Hotel” actor Kaho Minami (Ayako) and “Shall We Dance” actor Koji Yakusho (Komori) also starred in the cast.
